  • Challenge:

A Fortune 100 company needed to develop an approach to more effectively leverage $2.6B public sector market.


  • Solution:

C2M worked with the company’s executive team to evaluate Public Sector business, identify required changes, provide recommendations, and enact changes. C2M engaged as part of the change management team to structure new Program Management Office (PMO), develop new sales portal, and implement a call center to support PMO. C2M was also responsible for all internal field communications for new PMO and organization.
