A large networking company needed a better way to communicate with their sales teams about K-12 and higher education programs so that their field forces could more effectively leverage opportunities within these two important markets.
C2M analyzed current communication vehicles, including daily news feeds, online broadcasts, web and email communications, and developed a comprehensive schedule and plan to communicate key industry and program information to the field. This plan included an analysis of all key audiences, value proposition definition by audience, most effective communications channels, a clear definition of key messages and the identification of intended results. C2M implemented new communications vehicles, including new web sites, a monthly newsletter and monthly web conferences, and further leveraged existing communications channels.
